Update on Queen’s REF-ETF

Hello everyone, we want to say a special thank you  for your support on Project “HELP QUEEN GET BACK TO SCHOOL”.

We have some good news for you.

Queen is 40% ready to getting back to school and she has been studying for her JAMB 2017 examination which is set to commence on the 6th of May and end on the 20th of May,  2017.

JAMB is a Nigerian entrance examination board for tertiary-level institutions. The board conducts entrance examination for prospective undergraduates into the Nigerian universities.

Last 2 weeks, Queen purchased the Jamb form at the JAMB center in Rivers State after a long wait on the board to declare the date of the examination.

We have successfully raised N145,350 (about $454) and a pledge from Chief Samson Umejidike Ifediba, the Founder of South East Women of Substance Organisation to support in the provision of part of Queen’s basic welfare while in school.

We are still soliciting for your unending support. We also accept educational materials, donations  as we hope to reach a wider community.

When you educate a girl, you educate a nation. We hope that Queen succeeds in her Education and that she stand as an inspiration to arouse the body and mind of  children who are driven to do great things but has little or no motivation and support.

Impact of Small Donations

  • When considering poverty in the developing world, many people feel deep sorrow but conclude that there is nothing we can do. The scale of poverty is immense and we seem powerless to stop it. Such despair is understandable, but the facts tell a very different story. While poverty is indeed extreme and widespread, it is easy to forget just how many people there are in the developed world, and how powerful our pocket change can become when pooled together.
  • When giving to REFoundation, the size of your donation directly correlates with the number of people you are able to help. But you don't have to be a millionaire to make a significant difference; even small donations have the potential to drastically improve an individual's quality of life.
