I may not have turned out a professional artist, dancer, actress, sports icon, designer and so on. But I do not regret my Tech choice. These days, my hands and mind are put to work more than my body and I miss that about me.
We are all good at something. The ability to identify that thing and put it to work shows how brave we are as humans and our willingness to survive.
Haven discovered the gifts that God endowed in me; I try to continuously put them to play without losing focus. It hasn’t been that easy. There were times I was faced with embarrassing first effort, a stumble, a setback, a profound change of direction and what have you. But, these awkward moments on the road to greatness compelled me to increase my effort and believe system.
Talents are from God. You should be proud of them. Most times, these gifts are too many that if you fail to channel them rightly, you may lose your track. There are times I feel inspired and energized to carryout multiple creative projects and I’m dazed at how good it turns out. It does have a potential downside though, physical and emotional exhaustion. But with time I learnt to manage the interference. I will say, the urgency of being where I’m supposed to be thus inspired me.
Listen, don’t beat yourself up if you do not get it all right at first or even the second or the third time….Let these falls strengthen you. So that when you rise, you’ll get to appreciate life more based on your experience.
On this journey, I also learnt that you can manage your gifts. You can share. Together, we can achieve so much. It is more, fulfilling to help someone achieve his or her purpose in life.
There are many of your kind everywhere. Some lack motivation or even drive to carry on.
You can connect with such people regardless of all odds. Drive them, teach them and have them excel in those fields you are passionate about but may not have taken them as a profession. By doing so, you become a role model to so many.
“Immortalize your existence. Duplicate yourself by transferring your knowledge and skills unto the next less fortunate person. By doing so, you have done a great deal for humanity”
